The candidate should be 6 to 8 years of experience in IBM WebSphere , MFT and Admin experience. Below are the required responsibility. Primary responsibility : Responsible for leading the readiness and availability of the middleware and enterprise application environment. Monitors the environment for vulnerabilities, deployment of new modules and applying upgrades and fixes to the Production environment. Provides on call technical support for after-hours issue resolution on a rotating basis. Creating technical designs from business requirements and functional specifications. Evaluating new tools and researching best practices while recommending solutions. Identifying technical requirements and creating technical sizing for requirements for small to large projects. Collaborating in solution efforts with software development team, application owners, architects, business analysts, and clients. Maintaining technical documentation of policies and procedures and knowledge base information. Other duties as assigned. Other Special Requirements : 2 years of experience performing quality assurance testing for various applications; 2 years of experience installation and administration of middleware components and enterprise applications such as: Java application servers - WebSphere Application Server (WAS), WebSphere Portal and Tomcat; Managed File Transfer application Content Management applications 2 years of experience providing technical support for various application environments utilized in IBM WebSphere design, development, and implementation; 2 years of experience designing and integrating new applications into existing systems; and 2 years of experience deploying, investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving application and configuration issues.
