Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to document the implementation of cloud security controls and facilitating the transition to cloud security-managed operations, ensuring that all security measures align with organizational objectives and compliance standards. You will engage in discussions to refine security strategies and provide guidance on best practices, contributing to a secure and efficient cloud environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in cloud security.- Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and practices to improve overall security posture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Checkpoint Next Generation Firewall.- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and frameworks.- Experience with security incident response and management.- Knowledge of compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.- Familiarity with network security protocols and technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Checkpoint Next Generation Firewall.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
