Manage stakeholder communication to ensure updates reach the appropriate stakeholders throughout the timelines. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related fields. Proficiency in DuckCreek Policy Should be willing to work in early morning shifts (7:30 AM, 15:30 PM ) as well as regular shifts. Should be working from client location for at least 3 days a week Experience in application support projects is beneficial Solid understanding of DuckCreek Workflow Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams. Relevant certifications in DuckCreek is a plus.
