ECMS Req # 521017 Number of Openings 1 Duration of Hiring 6 months No of years’ experience 2 – 4 years of relevant experience Detailed job description - Skill Set: RS232 Instrument configuration (LIMS & ELN) 1st level Point of Contact for all IT-admin related queries from LIMS & ELN Support at QC, R&D Locations Good Understanding of GxP process in Pharma industry. Perform/participate/Assist into qualification and validation of application from IT Perspective User access management Master data management, migration, and package creation/installation. Application periodic review and verification of data backup & restoration. Management of servers; Application, Web & Database, and its services. Troubleshooting of the issues Coordinate with LIMS business team for revision of reports and minor enhancements. L2/L3 application support for LabWare V7 modules LOT, Sample & Batch management Stability Master Data Instrument ELN (Basic troubleshooting, workbook migration and access management) Inventory Scheduler & Print management Periodic application server maintenance. Coordinate with system owner, group IT or vendor for resolution of any server, database functional issues. Incident & Service request management Performing all work in accordance with all established regulatory compliance and safety requirements of the customer. Vendor co-ordinations for all the IT related troubleshooting and requirements Mandatory Skills(ONLY 2 or 3) Skillset: LIMS IT Admin Pharma GxP knowledge RS232 Instrument configuration (LIMS & ELN) ITIL Process and IT service management ticketing tool like ServiceNow Vendor Billing range in local currency (per day) 5200 INR per day Work Location Bangalore.
