• At least 6 years of Information Technology experience• At least 4+ years of experience in Mainframes including JCL, COBOL, CICS. • Experience of troubleshooting issues by analyzing Application logs • Batch Job Management • System Administration knowledge • Experience of managing and leading team • Knowledge and Experience of implementing automations resulting in effort savings • Knowledge of ITIL. • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment • Experience and desire to work in a Global Delivery Environment Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with production support• Planning and Co-ordination skills• Good Communication and Analytical skills
