MS Excel

JOB SUMMARY Candidate will serve as Senior Associate in ITES environment responsible for managing reports on both MS Excel and MS power BI on daily, weekly, and monthly basis. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for ensuring all reports are processed timely. • Responsible for making sure all leavers and movers’ IDs are removed / deactivated as per SLA • Regularly maintain all reports and update records are on time. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Power BI Report development for at least 2-3 years. • Building Analysis Services reporting models. • Developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards, Control Charts for Statistical Analysis. • Connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business intelligence. • Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals. • Capable of implementing row-level security on data along with an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI. • Possess deep DAX, modeling, Power Query, and visualization skills who are also good at analyzing the business • Should have an edge over making DAX queries in Power BI desktop. • Expert in using advanced-level calculations on the data set. • Responsible for design methodology and project documentaries. • Should be able to develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with data warehouse standards. • Knowledge of VBA scripting & understanding of databases and queries is must • Must be proficient with excel • Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS) • Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency • Provide excellent reporting and analytical information support to management team. • Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed. • Identify customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions. • Analyze business information to identify operational improvements for growing business efficiency and effectiveness. • Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues. • Provide customer support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution • Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES • Demonstrated strong analytical skills, with emphasis on REPORTING • Other skillsets with level of expertise in MS Office applications like MS outlook, MS Word, VBA, PowerPoint and MS Visio
