Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. - Configure services running on various platforms. - Implement technology at the operating system-level. - Troubleshoot hardware/software issues. - Collaborate with software solutions/vendors/brands. - Assist in L1 and L2 troubleshooting.
