About the role
Performance Engineer SME (8 to 12 years of strong experience): Required Skillset - Must have at least 8 – 12 years of strong experience in Performance Testing & Engineering for various applications (Web, API & Mobile), along with Automation testing using Java & Selenium. Extensive knowledge and experience of LoadRunner & JMeter. Strong knowledge & experience on Automation testing using Java & Selenium. Strong experience on monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, DataDog etc. Good knowledge of APM tools. Good problem solving skills. Experience in defining a comprehensive performance test strategy (not a plan) that fully defines the approach, environment, scope, risks and resources required Experience working on Banking and Finance – Banking domain projects Gather Performance Testing/Engineering Requirements, manage stakeholders, discussions, walkthroughs etc. Candidate should have good communication skills & project management skills.
