Should have good experience in QA Process - Agile Testing. Should have Strong experience in Automating Salesforce Applications with Selenium-Java. Should have good experience in Java Programming. Should have good exposure to Locators, Xpaths, Exception handling, Implicit, Explicit waits and other Selenium features.
