Splunk Administration - Infra Tech Support

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the implementation of technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas. - Conduct basic and intermediate level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk Administration. - Strong understanding of system monitoring and performance tuning. - Experience with incident management and ticketing systems. - Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques. - Knowledge of server and application deployment processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Splunk Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
