About the role
The person needs to be having good hands-on experience in Selenium / Silk4J Automation with Java and should be at an advanced level. He should also have a strong working experience in Rest Assured. Should have exposure to Agile way of working. Should be have experience in leading the team and well versed with test governance process. Should have good communication skill as well good understanding of Testing process and working knowledge in documentation. Resource should be having 5+ years of experience. Should possess good knowledge on Test Management tools and able to handle preparation and testing activities. Technical Skills (MUST): Rest Assured – Min 3 years of experience Selenium with Java – Minimum 2 yrs of experience. Other skills: 1) Good communication skills 2) Must be familiar with Agile way of working 3) Working knowledge in Banking Domain Resource will be required to be involved in planning and execution of testing and also will be required to prepare necessary documents like Test Plan and Closure documents.
