At LogiCoy we take employee job satisfaction very seriously That is the reason we have flexible work hours a fun filled atmosphere customized work from home policies etc Our designation hierarchy is almost flat which provides all of the employees to interact with any level We are looking for people with keen interest for recent technologies ability to quickly learn adapt take responsibilities on their shoulder and provide ideas for the company to move forward AWS Cloud Support Engineer Location - USA only About the Role We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud and Support Engineer to manage optimize and support our production infrastructure The ideal candidate will be responsible for provisioning automating monitoring and maintaining AWS cloud services and should be able to support applications running on it across multiple environments This role requires strong technical expertise attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high availability security and performance standards The candidate should work collaboratively with remote teams Key Responsibilities Provision administer automate monitor and manage AWS cloud services in across multiple accounts and environments Provide application and infrastructure support Monitor application logs troubleshoot incidents identify root causes and implement permanent fixes Manage and automate system patches upgrades and updates on Linux and database servers Continuously monitor cloud security posture to detect vulnerabilities and maintain compliance with security standards frameworks Apply the AWS Well-Architected Framework to ensure operational excellence reliability performance efficiency cost optimization and security Handle user provisioning and access management for cloud services Implement and maintain security best practices and compliance with frameworks such as NIST ISO and HIPAA Continuously optimize cloud costs by monitoring and managing AWS resources effectively Design and implement highly available and scalable architectures for enterprise web and mobile applications Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency Perform application deployments using CI CD pipelines and ensure smooth rollouts and rollback procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development and deployment pipelines Required Skills Qualifications 2 years of hands-on experience managing AWS infrastructure and services Strong expertise in Linux administration cloud security networking and storage technologies Proficient in core AWS services including EC2 VPC IAM S3 CloudWatch RDS WAF ELB Route 53 Lambda and Auto Scaling Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills AWS Certification e g AWS Certified Solutions Architect SysOps Administrator or DevOps Engineer is preferred Familiarity with Programming languages such as Java Node JS Angular SQL Experience with CI CD tools e g Jenkins GitHub Actions etc Familiarity with the AWS Well-Architected Framework is a strong advantage Familiarity with GCP or Microsoft Azure is a plus Interested Please send your resume to hr logicoy com .
