Senior AI Engineer, Founding Team

Job Description:We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer, Founding Team to independently build and scale Logikalitys AI-native mortgage platform.The role requires strong hands-on engineering ownership across AI workflows, backend architecture, document intelligence, data extraction, validation engines, APIs, and production-grade platform development. This is a high-ownership founding role for someone who can convert business requirements into working products with speed, judgment, and minimal supervision.Key Requirements: 3 to 8 years of startup work experience in engineering roles Proven experience independently handling projects end to end, from development and architecture to cloud deployment, production rollout, and ongoing maintenance Strong backend or full stack development experience Hands-on experience building AI and LLM-based applications Strong proficiency in Python, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure Experience with OCR, document processing, data extraction, workflow automation, or related systems Ability to design scalable, secure, and production-ready architectures Strong debugging, problem-solving, and ownership mindsetImportant Note:Cloud deployment and infrastructure experience is absolutely critical for this role and is non negotiable. We are specifically looking for candidates who have built and deployed systems in production environments and have taken ownership beyond just development. This will be an in-office role based in Bangalore and immediate joiners are preferred.
