About the role
Role Overview : As a rapidly growing startup, we are looking for a proactive IT Admin Executive to manage office operations, build processes from zero to one, and create a productive workplace environment in a fast-paced setup. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Manage and maintain IT assets, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, mobiles, and software licenses. Handle user account management, email setup, and access control across systems. Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, LAN, internet) for smooth operations. Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, AMC, and IT support services. Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding through timely asset provisioning and recovery. Maintain system security, antivirus, patches, backups, and compliance with IT policies. Track and maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and configuration records. Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve technical issues. Support office IT infrastructure, including conference rooms, video conferencing, and new tools and technology implementations. Assist in IT audits, security controls, and adherence to organizational IT standards. Oversee day-to-day office administration activities to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure. Assist the team in organizing employee engagement activities and office events. Support travel bookings, courier services, and visitor management. Ensure compliance with office safety and maintenance standards. Requirements: Hands-on experience with MDM tools (e.g., ScaleFusion) and endpoint security/EDR solutions (e.g., Sophos, SentinelOne). Experience in startups or similar fast-paced environments. Hands-on experience with biometric attendance systems (eSSL or similar), CCTV, access control systems. Exposure to procurement, vendor management, and office facility administration.
