Product Owner

Role: Product Owner Exp: (6 - 10 Years Experience) Location: India Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and business goals. Own and manage the Product Backlog, ensuring it is prioritized based on business value and customer needs. Translate business requirements into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. Work closely with stakeholders, customers, business teams, and development teams to gather and refine requirements. Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical enablers to maximize business value. Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and other Agile ceremonies. Validate delivered functionality and ensure it meets business expectations. Make informed decisions on scope, priorities, and release planning. Monitor product performance and incorporate customer feedback into the product roadmap. Collaborate with UX, Architecture, Engineering, and QA teams to drive successful product delivery. Communicate product updates, progress, and risks to stakeholders and leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 610 years of overall IT experience. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Mandatory. Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles and product management practices. Experience managing product backlogs and working with cross-functional Agile teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Technical Skills & Tools Jira Azure DevOps (ADO) Confluence Product Roadmap & Backlog Management Tools Good to Have Technical background in Software Development, Quality Engineering, System Analysis, or Solution Design. Experience in Automotive/Automobile industry projects. Exposure to Connected Vehicles, Telematics, Mobility Solutions, Embedded Systems, or Digital Product Development. Knowledge of SAFe Agile framework. Experience with data-driven product management and Agile metrics. Familiarity with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
