Support Specialist

As an experienced Security Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining high-availability proxy-based security solutions across hybrid, on-premises, and cloud environments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Acting as a final point of escalation (L3/L4) for complex network security issues such as SSL interception failures, authentication issues, and performance bottlenecks. - Designing, testing, deploying, and troubleshooting complex PAC files to manage traffic routing, bypass policies, and ensure a seamless user experience. - Defining, tuning, and managing complex URL filtering, DLP, and malware protection policies to ensure secure and efficient web traffic. - Configuring and managing SSL visibility appliances and proxy decryption settings to inspect traffic while ensuring compliance and privacy. - Integrating proxies with SIEM (e.g., Splunk) for logging, CASB, and endpoint protection solutions. - Leading upgrades, firmware updates, and patches for security appliances and virtualized proxy instances (vZen). - Identifying automation opportunities for repetitive tasks, developing technical documentation (Run Books), and mentoring junior staff. You should possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience in architecting and maintaining high-availability proxy-based security solutions like Bluecoat, Netskope. - In-depth knowledge of managing complex PAC files, URL filtering, DLP, and malware protection policies. - Hands-on experience in configuring SSL visibility appliances, proxy decryption settings, SIEM integration, and endpoint protection solutions. - Strong expertise in leading upgrades, firmware updates, and patches for security appliances. - Ability to identify automation opportunities, develop technical documentation, and mentor junior staff.
