Business Analyst- Intelligent Automation (Haryana)

The Business Analyst Intelligent Automations is responsible for assessing feasibility of automation scope of processes, driving process improvement, harmonization and reengineering to enhance automation scalability, quality, reliability, and reduction of manual effort. This role will be part of the Intelligent Automation team based out of Gurgaon, supporting Robotics Process Automation using UiPath, OCR tools (Document AI), AI/LLM-based solutions & Python based solutions. The role also focuses on improving automation KPIs including STP (Straight Through Processing), bot utilization, and process standardization across global operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Work with business and technology teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility using FFA (Fit / Feasible / Attractive) - Identify process improvement, standardization, and reengineering opportunities to accelerate automation and global scale-up - Work with operations SMEs & stakeholders to document AS-IS business processes to granular level suitable for Intelligent Automation development - Lead end-to-end project lifecycle including Process Analysis, PDD, SDD, Process Flows, UAT, and Go-Live support - Define business and technical exceptions, risk scenarios, and mitigation plans with clear RACI across stakeholders - Work with RPA developers to design TO-BE automation solutions including detailed process flows using MS Visio - Manage UAT by identifying all process scenarios and expected outcomes leading to business Go-Live approval - Act as a central coordination point between business owners, SMEs, developers, BPO, Infra, and application teams to ensure complete requirement gathering and IT access readiness - Work with IT teams (Infra/Applications/RPA Global) for BOT setup, access provisioning, and setting stability - Maintain RPA pipeline in Automation Hub and drive prioritization through structured governance and project charters - Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and provide regular stakeholder updates with clear timelines and responsibilities - Monitor process KPIs and dashboards (Power BI / Kibana) to ensure performance visibility - Drive improvement in STP (~90% target), reduce exceptions, and analyze root causes (high exceptions, low usage, process gaps) - Maintain BOT inventory, allocation, and ensure optimum license utilization and effective bot runs - Liaison with CIP/SBS teams to eliminate non-value-added (NVA) activities and enhance process standardization Evaluate new business requirements based on occurrence frequency and business value before including in automation scope Skills & competencies /Specific knowledge/ Abilities (including any physical demands) - Strong knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath preferred) - Experience with OCR tools/technologies (e.g., Document AI, LLM-based data extraction, Python) - Exposure to AI concepts including Agentic AI and LLM-based automation - Hands-on experience or good understanding of Python (data extraction & transformation) - Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced analysis, dashboards, charts) - Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools - Ability to analyze and challenge existing processes - Identify business and system exceptions - Strong documentation skills (PDD, SDD, process flows) - Experience with MS Visio for flow diagrams and automation documentation (mandatory) Educational Qualification - Graduate or Postgraduate, preferably in IT, Engineering, or Finance Experience - 2-5 years of experience in RPA Business Analysis - Strong exposure to the end-to-end automation lifecycle .
