Lovefreedom Solution is partnering with a Fortune Future 50 healthcare AI company to identify a high-impact Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-native healthcare infrastructure.

The Ambient product sits at the intersection of real-time audio processing, natural language understanding, clinical documentation, and deep EHR integrations.

This is a role for someone who wants more than ticket-based engineering. You will help build systems that are used daily, support healthcare providers, and contribute to technology that can make clinical work more efficient and less burdensome.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will help design, build, and scale core healthcare AI products across the stack. You will work on production systems that support clinicians, documentation workflows, real-time AI capabilities, and integrations with complex healthcare infrastructure.

You will operate in a high-ownership environment where speed, judgment, and product quality matter. You should be comfortable moving from ambiguity to execution, working across teams, and building systems that can scale in a regulated environment.

• You have built real systems in fast-moving environments and know how to operate when the playbook is still being written. You are comfortable with early-stage chaos, fast shipping cycles, and high ownership. You can move from product idea to technical execution without waiting for every detail to be perfectly defined.

• You are strong enough technically to influence architecture, but pragmatic enough to ship. You can work with customers, push back when needed, align stakeholders, and help a growing team make better decisions.

• You should be excited by healthcare, not just AI. This role is best suited for someone who cares about building technology that improves clinical workflows and supports the people delivering patient care.

Compensation

The base pay range for this role is $140,000 – $240,000 per year.
