About the role
You will be responsible for analyzing fulfillment data across all channels, including Gig, Lowe's Delivery, PUIS, BOPIS (Buy Online Pickup In-Store) to track performance and identify bottlenecks. You will use SQL queries to extract and manipulate large volumes of order fulfillment and logistics data. Additionally, you will utilize Python to automate data processing tasks and apply statistical or machine learning techniques to forecast demand, simulate outcomes, or predict risks (e.g., delayed shipments). You will leverage Big Data tools (Hive, Spark, Hadoop) to analyze fulfillment patterns across millions of transactions at scale. Your role will involve measuring the business impact of initiatives like new routing logic, optimized pricing and delivery options, curbside pickup enhancements, or smart sourcing strategies. Furthermore, you will be translating complex data findings into actionable insights that influence fulfillment strategy, process improvement, and technology investment. Your responsibilities will also include delivering quick-turn analytics to answer time-sensitive questions from leadership regarding fulfillment performance, outages, delays, or customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Supply Chain, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field - MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain Experience Required: - Overall 2+ years of Experience - 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or supply chain analytics role - 2 years' experience in Supply Chain - 2+ years' experience reporting and data analytics - 2+ years' experience of project management Skills Required: Primary Skills (must have): - Understanding of fulfillment operations, logistics, and/or e-commerce order lifecycle - Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation - Familiarity with Big Data tools (Hive, Hadoop, Spark, GCP) and working with large-scale datasets - Experience in omni-channel retail or e-commerce fulfillment analytics - Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker - Familiarity with labor management systems, task management platforms, and in-store mobile technology - Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) - Knowledge and proficiency in statistical modeling techniques Soft Skills: - Excellent communication You will be responsible for analyzing fulfillment data across all channels, including Gig, Lowe's Delivery, PUIS, BOPIS (Buy Online Pickup In-Store) to track performance and identify bottlenecks.
