About the role
In this role at Loyalty Juggernaut (LJI), you will be the Product Manager for Fidivio, the SaaS product offering accounting and financial planning and analysis for loyalty programs. As the ideal candidate with a Chartered Accountancy (CA) background, you will leverage your deep finance and accounting expertise to lead the development and implementation of Fidivio, aiming to position it as the leading SaaS tool for loyalty accounting and financial planning and analysis globally. Role Overview: As the Product Manager for Fidivio, your primary responsibility will be to own the product roadmap, translating intricate financial workflows and compliance requirements into scalable and elegant product solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development, launch, adoption, and continuous enhancement of the product. Key Responsibilities: - Own the complete product lifecycle, from discovery to continuous enhancement, including defining requirements, execution, launch, and future roadmap. - Act as the accounting domain Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the product team, translating accounting workflows, financial controls, audit processes, and reporting requirements into scalable product features. - Ensure product compliance with financial standards such as IFRS 15 and other relevant frameworks. - Collaborate closely with various teams including Engineering, QA, UX, AI/ML, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align product delivery with business objectives. - Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product requirements, and drive continuous product improvement. - Monitor product performance using data and analytics to enhance customer adoption, engagement, retention, and overall business impact. - Create and maintain clear product documentation including PRDs, user stories, business cases, release documentation, and success metrics. - Support go-to-market initiatives through product positioning, demos, pre-sales discussions, and customer onboarding. - Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging trends in financial technology and accounting. Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. - 58 years of experience in finance, accounting, and audit functions with expertise in IFRS and related financial standards. - Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, compliance frameworks, controls, and enterprise finance processes. - Ability to translate complex finance and accounting workflows into scalable technology and product solutions. - Strong customer empathy, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear product artifacts. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and execution excellence.
