Job Title: Senior Manager –Electrical/ Instrumentation Department: Engineering Location: Head office - Cyber City, Gurgaon Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 10-15 years Salary: 12-14 LPA Qualifications: B.E./ B. Tech ( Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication / Electrical) Key Responsibilities: Will be responsible for overseeing the instrumentation, control, and automation aspects of Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) plant projects. You will act as the owner's/consultant's representative, ensuring that EPC contractors deliver high-quality engineering designs, procure reliable equipment, and execute site installation and commissioning in line with project schedules and industry standards. Engineering Design Review: Review and validate Basic and Detailed Engineering documents including P&IDs, control philosophies, instrument specifications, loop diagrams, and logic diagrams. Vendor Management: Evaluate technical bids, review vendor drawings, and ensure vendor packages comply with CBG plant requirements and safety standards (e.g., ATEX/IECEx). PMC Oversight: Ensure the EPC contractors adhere to the approved project specifications, design codes, and integration requirements. Automation Systems: Supervise the implementation and configuration of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, and field instrumentation specific to anaerobic digestion, gas purification, and cascade compression. Site Supervision & Execution: Conduct regular site visits to monitor the installation of field instruments (flow, level, pressure, and temperature transmitters) and control valves. Testing and Commissioning: Oversee and witness Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), loop checks, and plant start-up activities. Interface Coordination: Manage technical interfaces between process, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure seamless system integration. QHSE Compliance: Enforce Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards during design, construction, and commissioning phases.
