About the role
As a PAM/IAM Support Engineer Team Lead in the Cyber Security Engineering IAM & PAM team at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), your role is crucial in enhancing IAM/PAM solutions to meet business requirements and protect the organization from cyber threats. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to domain strategies and architectures, leading on engineering and associated artefacts for identity & access management, privileged access management, and secrets management technology. - Ensure effectiveness of controls related to the domain area and lead delivery of smaller scale projects or discrete workstreams. - Manage changes to controls outside of project activities and develop key indicators, analysis, and artefacts to evidence control effectiveness and risk. - Provide critical issue support for operational incidents related to domain technologies. - Lead a small team, ensuring quality service delivery, robust processes, and covering all aspects of team management. - Deliver activities aligning with agreed cyber security strategies, shape project delivery, and manage ongoing control operation and effectiveness. - Develop and manage key artefacts, measures, key performance indicators, and key risk indicators. - Support and manage a small team to deliver consistent service outcomes and promote continuing development. Qualifications Required: - Knowledge and experience in privileged access management (PAM) and Identity Access Management (IAM) technologies and concepts, with proven experience in managing and developing direct reports. - Understanding of various operating systems, platforms, applications, and information security principles. - Familiarity with Adversary Tools, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP's), security metrics, policies, standards, and security frameworks. - Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently with minimal guidance, and relevant security or engineering certifications. - Experience in technology within financial services or regulated environments, with leadership and management experience advocating for change and inspiring others.
