Primary Skill Wintel Administration Nutanix Secondary Skill SolarWinds Windows Administrator Job Description: 1 Manage and Administer physical and virtual servers primarily Windows 20082012 servers 2 Support and management of server provisioning physical server maintenance security compliance and daily operations 3 Maintain server lifecycle provisioning maintenance and decommissioning of the hardware 4 Maintain the security baseline compliance via configuration implementation and remediation activities 5 Support remote offices server infra via configuration setup administration maintenance and support activities 6 Monitor the server infrastructure environments health status service performance and utilization 7 Implement and maintain continuous compliance to information security policies and technical standards report and remediation of noncompliances 9 Provide Business Continuity Support 10 Hands on exp in hybrid cloud setting 11 Knowledge in webhosting services 12 Hands on Experience in OS upgrades Server migration Technical Skill Requirement 1 Min 4 to 5 years of core experience in Windows Server environment 2 Experience and expertise on Windows server environment AD DNS WINS DHCP Group Policies 3 Good understanding of virtualization technology 4 Good understanding of HA and DRS environment 5 Knowledge of monitoring tools like Solarwinds 6 Knowledge of patch management using tools like WSUS 7 Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL frameworks Change Management Incident and Problem Management Participated in RCA 8 Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and task automation with measurable outputs and operational efficiencies 9 Good at dealing and coordinating with multiple teamsstakeholders within the support structure in order to run the daily operations smoothly 10 Excellent written and spoken communication skills with very good customer facing and stakeholder management skills Compensation: Up to 2,000,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
