Exp 11 to 15 years Location Pan India but Bengaluru preferred Role Summary We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to design the endtoend architecture for a ServiceNow ITSM Professional Plus and ITOM Professional Plus automation program The architect will define solution blueprints across change risk scoring service catalog automation incident intelligence knowledge automation integration orchestration and operational runbook automation The attached scope specifically calls for ITSM automation ITOM change risk scoring AIMLdriven incident routing predictive intelligence AIdriven change risk prediction catalog orchestration and runbook automation Key Responsibilities Define the overall ServiceNow solution architecture across ITSM ITOM AIML automation workflow orchestration catalog automation and operational automation Architect ITOMbased change risk scoring using configuration data service dependencies historical change patterns and operational insights Design incident automation including MLbased autocategorization assignment resolution recommendations and SLAescalation automation Define service request automation patterns for provisioning deprovisioning software requests equipment ordering and cloud resource provisioning Design runbook automation for server restarts log collection patching workflows and remediation Establish integration architecture with HR IAM identity platforms monitoring tools enterprise applications and backend systems Provide technical governance design review architecture documentation and implementation guidance to developers and consultants Support knowledge automation architecture including AI search contextual recommendations knowledge gap detection and article creation Primary Skills ServiceNow ITSM architecture ServiceNow ITOM architecture ServiceNow CMDB Discovery Service Mapping and Change Management ServiceNow Flow Designer Workflow IntegrationHub ITOM AIOps Event Management and operational automation ServiceNow AI Predictive Intelligence Now Assist concepts Secondary Skills Enterprise integration architecture using RESTSOAP APIs HRIAM integration understanding for provisioning and deprovisioning ITIL process design across Incident Change Request and Knowledge Management Runbook automation and infrastructure operations knowledge Cloud resource provisioning workflows Architecture documentation solution governance and design authority experience Preferred Experience 12 years of IT experience 7 years of ServiceNow implementation experience 3 years in ServiceNow Solution Architect Technical Architect roles Experience in ServiceNow ITSM ITOM transformation programs Qualifying Questions Have you designed ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM solutions covering Incident Change Request Knowledge CMDB and operational automation Have you implemented or architected ITOMbased change risk scoring service mapping event correlation or AIOpsdriven remediation Can you define solution architecture integration patterns technical design documents and guide developers through implementation
