Role description Job Description Business Analyst AI Platforms & Workflow Automation Experience: 1015 years Location : Mumbai Powai Office Role : Individual Contributor Reports : Product Head Role Summary Lead business analysis for enterprise AI platform initiatives by translating business problems into well-defined product requirements, workflows and functional specifications. Work closely with Product, Solution Architects, Engineering, AI teams and business stakeholders to ensure AI capabilities are embedded into enterprise workflows and deliver measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Work with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, business objectives and AI use cases. Translate business requirements into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications. Document end-to-end business processes, current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) workflows. Identify automation opportunities and define AI-enabled workflow improvements. Partner with Solution Architects to convert business workflows into scalable technical solutions. Work with Engineering and QA teams to clarify requirements throughout the development lifecycle. Support sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release planning and UAT activities. Ensure traceability between business requirements, technical implementation and delivered functionality. AI & Workflow Responsibilities Define AI-assisted business workflows and human-in-the-loop approval processes. Identify business rules, workflow decisions and operational exceptions. Define AI input/output expectations and business validation criteria. Document confidence thresholds, approval workflows and exception handling requirements. Collaborate with AI Engineers to validate business outcomes from AI-generated results. Requirements Management Prepare PRDs, BRDs, process flows, use cases, wireframes and workflow documentation. Maintain product backlog and requirement traceability. Facilitate workshops with business, product and engineering stakeholders. Support feature prioritization based on business value and implementation effort. Preferred Skills Business Analysis, Product Requirements, Agile/Scrum, User Story Mapping. BPMN, process modelling and workflow documentation. Understanding of APIs, AI platforms, enterprise applications and system integrations. Knowledge of media workflows, OTT platforms, content operations or enterprise workflow automation is desirable. Ability to work with Solution architects on Technical documentation. Strong executive Deck making skills Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Success Measures High-quality, complete and unambiguous requirements.
