Looking for Azure Subscription management support (ASMS) Exp: - 1 to 6 years NP: - Immediate Location: - Bangalore Role Summary The Support Engineer provides business critical support to Azure customers worldwide through email and phone As a subject matter expert in Azure services and commerce platforms the role involves troubleshooting low level technical and billing issues delivering timely resolutions and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide support for Azure Platform services commerce systems billing and account related issues Diagnose and resolve customer problems using strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Communicate effectively with customers to gather information explain next steps and provide timely updates Support Order to Cash operations invoicing payment transactions and online service processes Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive issue resolution and customer satisfaction Escalate complex issues when specialized expertise is required Continuously build expertise in Azure technologies architecture and service offerings.
