Business Analyst

As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 5 to 8 years of experience, your role will involve working specifically within travel agencies, utilizing hands-on expertise in GDS such as Sabre, Amadeus, and Travelport. You will be responsible for various tasks including Reservations, Ticketing, EMD, Exchanges & Refunds, NDC, and API mapping. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to bridge business needs with IT solutions. - Demonstrate deep knowledge of travel processes including booking, GDS operations, pricing, shopping, ticketing, and fare quotes. - Proficiency in technologies such as SQL, data analysis, JSON, and XML data formats. - Conduct process modelling and data visualization to improve efficiency in dynamic environments. - Manage stakeholders effectively and understand software lifecycles. - Familiarity with travel-specific systems is essential for this role.
