Role Description 24 Yrs Must have hands on exposure to SAP Warehouse Management activities like Warehousing Operations Executive Inventory Management and Physical Inventory Bin Management Putaway and removal strategies Inbound and outbound material movements Staging components to productionWarehouse Management Consulting Gather and analyze business requirements across Inbound Outbound Internal Warehouse Processes Inventory Handling and Logistics Execution Configure and support SAP WM SAP S4HANA Stock Room Management components including oWarehouse Structure Master Data oInbound Processes GR Put away Strategies oOutbound Processes Picking Packing GI oInternal Movements Replenishment Transfer Orders PutawayPick Strategies oBatch Management Handling Units HU Storage Units SU Design and implement standard SAP WMS4HANA capabilities minimizing customizations Project Delivery Responsibilities Participate in endtoend SAP WMS4HANA implementation cycles rollouts upgrades and enhancement projects Prepare Functional Specifications FS for custom developments RFenabled processes and system integrations Support System Integration Testing SIT UAT migration validations and cutover activities Provide L2L3 application support troubleshoot issues identify root causes and propose system improvements Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with warehouse operations logistics teams procurement production planning and crossfunctional business users Collaborate with technical teams ABAPRICEFW for developments and enhancementsCoordinate integration touchpoints with MM SD PP QM and external warehouselogistics applications if applicable Documentation Training Prepare configuration documents process flows test scripts and user manuals Conduct training knowledgetransfer KT sessions for business users and operations teams Ensure all functional documentation is maintained as per project and audit standards Quality integration with warehouse activities SAP Warehousing end user Level 1 Level 2 Support Analyst .
