Support Engineer Azure Subscription Management Role Summary The Support Engineer provides businesscritical support to Azure customers worldwide through email and phone As a subject matter expert in Azure services and commerce platforms the role involves troubleshooting low level technical and billing issues delivering timely resolutions and ensuring an exceptional customer experience Key Responsibilities
Provide support for Azure Platform services commerce systems billing and accountrelated issues Diagnose and resolve customer problems using strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Communicate effectively with customers to gather information explain next steps and provide timely updates Support OrdertoCash operations invoicing payment transactions and online service processes Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive issue resolution and customer satisfaction Escalate complex issues when specialized expertise is required Continuously build expertise in Azure technologies architecture and service offerings
Required Skills
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management abilities Proven troubleshooting and problemsolving skills Understanding of cloud services Azure fundamentals and online platforms Knowledge of commerce and billing processes including invoicing and payment transactions Experience with accountlogin troubleshooting and customer support operations Strong learning agility and ability to quickly acquire new technical skills
