Job Title: Associate Principal - Architecture
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Architect to lead solution design and architecture for complex insurance implementations The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter configurations integration patterns and end to end solution architecture for P&C insurance platforms
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture: Define and own the overall architecture for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations ensuring scalability performance and compliance with best practices Configuration Leadership: Lead and guide teams in configuring PolicyCenter modules including product model rating forms and workflows Integration Design: Architect and oversee integrations between PolicyCenter and external systems billing claims third party services Technical Governance: Establish coding standards design patterns and review processes for development teams Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analyst’s developers and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Performance Optimization: Ensure system performance security and reliability through proactive design and tuning
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience: 12 to 15 years in IT with strong experience in insurance domain and enterprise application architecture. Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of PolicyCenter configuration Product Model Rating Engine Forms UI Workflows. Strong understanding of Guidewire integration frameworks GOSU SOAPREST APIs Messaging Architecture Skills: Proven experience in designing scalable secure and high performing solutions Certifications: Guidewire Certified Architect or equivalent preferred
