Job Description
Lead the design, implementation, and management of Windows Server environments ensuring high availability and performance. Architect and administer Cisco SDN network solutions to optimize datacenter network operations. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AWS Infrastructure Services for enhanced cloud capabilities. Develop and enforce security policies and compliance standards across server and network infrastructure. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in datacenter architecture focusing on scalability and resilience. Mentor and guide junior engineers to build technical expertise and operational excellence. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations network topologies and operational procedures
Roles and Responsibilities
Deploy configure and maintain Windows Server operating systems including patching upgrades and lifecycle management. Administer Cisco SDN network components including configuration monitoring and troubleshooting. Perform capacity planning and performance tuning for both server and network infrastructure Implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability. Manage incidents problem resolution and change management processes adhering to ITIL best practices. Collaborate with security teams to implement network and server hardening measures. Support cloud infrastructure initiatives by integrating AWS Infra Services and ensuring smooth hybrid operations. Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to strategic IT planning and execution.
