About the role
IICS - IDMC Data Engineer Location Cincinnati OHIO USA Onsite Technical Skills Primary Informatica experience of atleast 5 years and 2 years in IDMC Strong understanding of Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud IDMC including CDI and data integration concepts Good knowledge of Snowflake architecture data modeling data ingestion and data transformation concepts Experience gathering analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements for data engineering initiatives Ability to perform impact analysis across source systems ETL processes and reporting platforms Strong SQL skills for data analysis data validation and troubleshooting Understanding of Data Warehousing concepts Dimensional Modeling and ETLELT methodologies Experience working with Agile methodologies user stories backlog grooming and sprint planning Knowledge of data integration workflows and enterprise data architectures Experience creating functional specifications process flows and solution documentation Ability to coordinate between business stakeholders architects developers and QA teams Experience supporting solution validation UAT and requirement traceability Familiarity with Azure AWS or GCP cloud data platforms Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY Exposure to Informatica Data Quality Data Governance or Metadata Management solutions Knowledge of Python or scripting for data analysis Familiarity with Jira Azure DevOps Confluence or similar project management tools Understanding of Data Quality Data Governance and Master Data Management concepts Experience in Insurance or Financial Services domain Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements Strong documentation and presentation skills Ability to facilitate discussions between business and technical teams Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment Proactive attitude with strong ownership and accountability
