MES / MoM Support Engineer

MES MoM Support Engineer 3 to 5 Years of experience

MES/MoM Support Engineer with strong ITOT convergence experience to support and sustain manufacturing execution systems across SMT Surface Mount Technology production lines This role focuses on gathering requirements supporting current OT activities and MESMoM platforms with shopfloor systems Machines PLC SCADA equipment while working closely with plant operations engineering and vendors The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between IT and OT ensuring realtime data flows production continuity and rapid incident resolution in a highly automated manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities MES MOM Application Support Provide L2L3 support for MESMoM systems eg Proficy Ignition or custom MES platforms Provide support for plant operations to make sure the correct IT OT requirements are gathered and provide the responsible stakeholders to implement Monitor and resolve production issues related to oProduction orders WIP tracking traceability oQuality data collection and defect tracking Gather the MES quality and SPC requirements Troubleshoot issues related to oMachine connectivity OPC UA MQTT vendor protocols oData gaps latency or incorrect production signals Act as a liaison between oPlant engineering controls teams oCentral IT infrastructure cybersecurity cloud MES teams Support oOT network connectivity and segmentation oSecure vendor remote access and compliance requirements Support SMT line commissioning and MES rollout activities oSystem setup configuration testing oVendor coordination Fuji Omron Yamaha etc Participate in oFAT SAT testing oProduction golive and hypercare

Mandatory Skills : GE SCADA, Ignition SCADA, MES-Others, Rockwell SCADA Good to Have Skills : CYGNET-SCADA

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
