Noc Engineer- Network

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled NOC Engineer Network to monitor, troubleshoot, and support enterprise cloud and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AWS cloud networking, routing, firewalls, VPN technologies, incident management, and production support. The role involves maintaining high availability of network services, executing infrastructure changes, and supporting cloud migration activities. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage enterprise network infrastructure. Troubleshoot routing, switching, firewall, and VPN issues. Support AWS networking components including VPC, Transit Gateway, Load Balancers, and security configurations. Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting for cloud network incidents. Execute infrastructure changes using Terraform and automation scripts. Monitor infrastructure using CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, and Splunk. Support production incidents and ensure SLA compliance. Maintain operational runbooks and SOP documentation. Participate in change management and post-incident reviews. Collaborate with Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
