Principal - Package Implementation

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal - Package Implementation with deep expertise in PROS Smart CPQ and PROS Price Management and Optimization. This senior role requires a leader capable of driving complex pricing solution implementations and guiding teams through intricate technical and business challenges. Job Description:

1. Lead the end-to-end requirement gathering, design, and solutioning for complex pricing domain implementations, specifically leveraging PROS CPQ.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate intricate business requirements into robust PROS CPQ implementation strategies.
3. Architect and propose innovative solutions utilizing out-of-the-box PROS CPQ capabilities, ensuring optimal system performance and scalability.
4. Oversee the development of detailed technical designs and architectural blueprints for PROS Pricing solutions, aligning with client requirements and industry best practices.
5. Drive the seamless integration of PROS Pricing within diverse customer technology ecosystems, providing expert guidance on PROS web APIs and data exchange mechanisms.
6. Develop and implement advanced Pricing Analytics functionalities using the PROS Pricing Solution, enhancing client decision-making capabilities.
7. Provide expert consultation and support to overcome functional and technical challenges through strategic configuration and customization of PROS platforms.
8. Liaise effectively with the PROS Product team to address and resolve complex product-related issues, ensuring continuous solution integrity.
9. Lead solutioning efforts for new projects, including providing high-level and detailed estimates for implementation timelines and resources. Skills and Qualifications:
10. 15-20 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to Requirement Gathering, Design, and Solutioning in the Pricing domain.
11. Strong experience in PROS CPQ functionality.
12. Mandatory Skills: PROS - Smart CPQ, PROS - Price Management and Optimization.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
14. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
15. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
16. Experience in developing data exchange modules between PROS CPQ and Salesforce is highly desirable. Desired Certifications:
