About the role
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Agentforce Developer with solid expertise in Salesforce platform development and AIpowered Agentforce solutions The ideal candidate will design develop and implement intelligent agents automations and conversational experiences leveraging Salesforce Agentforce Data Cloud Service Cloud Sales Cloud Einstein AI Apex and Lightning technologies Key Responsibilities Design develop and deploy Agentforce agents and AIdriven business solutions Configure Agentforce topics actions instructions prompts and guardrails Build custom Salesforce solutions using Apex LWC Flows and integrations Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Clouds Data Cloud APIs and external systems Develop and optimize prompt templates and AIdriven workflows Collaborate with Business Analysts Architects and Product Owners to translate requirements into scalable solutions Perform code reviews unit testing and deployment activities following Salesforce best practices Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring platform performance and security Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design discussions Required Skills 5 years of Salesforce development experience Handson experience with Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein AI capabilities Strong expertise in Apex Lightning Web Components LWC SOQL SOSL and Flows Experience with Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Data Cloud Knowledge of Agentforce Studio Prompt Builder AI agents and generative AI concepts Experience with RESTSOAP APIs integrations and middleware platforms Understanding of Salesforce security sharing and governor limits Experience with DevOps tools such as Git Copado Gearset or Azure DevOps Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification Salesforce Platform Developer III Certification Experience with Data Cloud MuleSoft or integration platforms Experience in enterprise Salesforce implementation projects Skills Mandatory Skills : Aura, Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud), Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
