"JOB DESCRIPTION – Engineering Services and PLM Competency Head

•Actively building account Opportunity pipeline and winning solution for Consulting, Change Management, Business Systems Modernization, Digital Transformation, Implementation, Migration in Digital Engineering and PLM services across Industry •Guide the technical solution implementation of multiple accounts of large Industry 4.0 projects involving Product Engineering, PLM and Plant Engineering and monitor their success •Define service offerings and Market strategy, create accelerators, capability demonstration to prospective customers •Holding P&L (revenue and PAT) responsibility of accounts in scope and drive Revenue growth, Proactive selling for Industry 4.0 solutions •Senior level professional with extensive experience in Digital Engineering Services: Product Design, Maintenance, MBSE (Model Based System Engineering) & Product Lifecycle Management with experience of managing large accounts •In-depth knowledge of Product conceptualization, design, development to validation, CAD Services for Mechanical/Electrical design, knowledge of one or more designing tools, Simulation and Calculation tools (e.g. AutoCAD, CREO , Solid Edge, MATLAB, ANSYS, Simulink, or other precision calculation tools) Fair knowledge on Model Design Services •In depth knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management process and any one/more of the PLM packages Teamcenter, Windchill, Aras etc •Having knowledge of Plant Engineering and Design, Plant Automation including Control design (PLC, Scada, HMI), Process Modeling and Design software like Hysys, Unisim and Plant Modeling and Design suites of Rockwell, Delmia or equivalent knowledge will be a plus. •Have experience in Solution development, delivery, People Management, Risk Management, planning, scheduling cost management, drive Revenue growth and proactive selling for Industry 4.0 serviced and solutions. •Organized Seasoned consultant with in-depth understanding of current and emerging trends in Industrial Applications and products available in market for Smart Manufacturing, Connected Operations and Smart Products. Experienced executive in building and leveraging relationships with customers, vendors, alliances and internal stakeholders. Proven track record of meeting Presales goals. •You have Industry contacts & network with customers •You have a good handle on IoT platform architectures and applications to integrate the Engineering services.
