Senior Specialist - Package Implementation

5-15 years working in ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment - At least 5 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience - - - Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform - - ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset) - - well versed with ServiceNow scripting - - Good knowledge of Integration with external tools - - Must have good communication skills - - Must have team handling experience - - Hardware Asset Management JD: - 1. Worked on Asset lifecycle, Model, Model category & Hardware model Normalization - 3. Should aware of Hardware asset request flow - 4. Hands on experience on stockrooms, consumables - 5. Worked on financial aspects of the item purchase, cost, and depreciation of the item (Good to have) - 6. Worked on Contracts, Maintenance, Warranty, and Licensing tied to the item. (Good to have)
