Position Oracle EBS HRMS Payroll Consultant Manager Location Mumbai Hybrid KPMG Office Work Timings Gulf Time Zone Duration 46 Months Experience 10 years of overall experience in Oracle EBusiness Suite HRMS and Payroll Strong experience in Oracle HRMS modules including Core HR Absence Management Payroll Experience in implementation support enhancement and troubleshooting of Oracle EBS HRMS applications Experience working with global HR and payroll processes preferably Middle EastGulf payroll environments Key Responsibilities Configure and support Oracle EBS HRMS Core HR Absence and Payroll modules Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions Support payroll runs validations reconciliations and statutory compliance requirements Coordinate with business stakeholders technical teams and project managers Provide production support and resolve critical issues Conduct UAT support and deployment activities Prepare functional documentation and knowledge transfer materials Required Skills Oracle EBS HRMS Core HR Oracle Absence Management Oracle Payroll Fast Formula Functional Configuration Payroll Processing Oracle HRMS Data Migration
