About the role
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Java ReactJS and AWS to design develop and maintain scalable highperformance applications Job Description Design develop and maintain robust frontend applications using ReactJS Build and optimize backend services and APIs using Java Integrate applications with AWS cloud services to ensure seamless cloud functionality Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including frontend developers backend developers QA and product managers to deliver highquality software solutions Implement scalable and responsive user interfaces ensuring optimal performance and usability across devices Optimize application performance scalability and security following industry best practices Write clean efficient and welldocumented code adhering to coding standards and best practices Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues promptly Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java ReactJS and AWS cloud development Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for applications and APIs Roles and Responsibilities Lead the full software development lifecycle from requirement analysis design implementation testing to deployment for ReactJSJavaAWS projects Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural guidelines Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers and team members Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CICD pipeline integration and deployment processes Drive best practices in coding standards security and documentation Monitor application health and performance proactively identifying and resolving issues Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and software quality
