About the role
Experience 8 to 12 years in system architecture backend design and hands-on development of Java based enterprise applications or largescale modules
Key Responsibilities Architect design and develop robust server-side solutions using Core Java, Java EE Spring and Spring Boot Build and integrate complex systems involving RESTful and SOAP Webservices data communication and backend modules Design scalable and secure software components ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles Prepare high level and low level solution designs define technical approaches and create detailed design documentation Conduct performance analysis evaluates nonfunctional requirements Performance Security Scalability Accessibility and proposes optimizations Analyse legacy system architectures define migration strategies estimate efforts and design migrated solutions Identify troubleshoot and resolve application vulnerabilities ensuring compliance with security standards Mentor development teams by assisting with estimations reviewing code and resolving technical challenges Develop POCs for new ideas convert them into deployable components and present solution approaches to stakeholders Participate in code reviews design reviews and support all lifecycle phases including build test deployment and release upgrades Maintain all architectural and design documentation as part of the SDLC
Core Skills Required Java, Java EE Spring Framework Spring Boot RESTSOAP Webservices SQL and database query optimization CICD and DevOps practices Experience with system integration backend data flow and environment setup
Preferred Skills GitHub Wild Fly JBoss Knowledge of SAML REST architectural style and Spring MVC Background in Agile methodologies
Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem solving abilities Self driven proactive and capable of independent ownership Process oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
