Job Summary
Seeking a Specialist with 7 years of experience in Java and Kafka to design develop and maintain scalable highperformance applications within the Java ecosystem Job Description Design develop and maintain robust Java applications using core Java technologies Utilize Java frameworks including SpringBoot and SpringMVC to build scalable and maintainable solutions Develop and maintain Kafkabased messaging solutions for realtime data processing and integration Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as developers QA and product managers to deliver highquality software Write clean efficient and welldocumented code adhering to coding standards and best practices Optimize application performance scalability and security following industry best practices Integrate applications with Oracle PL SQL databases and thirdparty services Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues promptly to ensure system stability Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Java Kafka and related frameworks Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for applications and APIs Roles and Responsibilities Analyze requirements design implement test and deploy scalable Java and Kafkabased solutions Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural guidelines Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers and team members Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CICD pipeline integration and deployment processes Drive best practices in coding standards security and documentation Monitor application health and performance proactively identifying and resolving issues Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and software quality

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
