About the role
Location: Nicosia. Cyprus(Onsite) Hiring: Perm
Must know Greek Provide production support for IBM BAW IBM ODM and IBM ECM FileNet applications ensuring system availability stability and performance Analyse troubleshoot and resolve application workflow business rules integration and content management issues in production environments Manage incidents service requests and defects through ServiceNow ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs Perform Root Cause Analysis RCA for production incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions Coordinate with business infrastructure database and application teams to investigate and resolve production issues Conduct BAW platform administration and housekeeping including monitoring process instances timers UCAs event subscriptions queues and overall platform health Develop and enhance IBM BAW processes services integrations and user interfaces to support business and operational requirements Investigate and resolve datarelated issues using SQL queries on Microsoft SQL Server Support application deployments release validations environment troubleshooting and postrelease verification activities Maintain production support documentation knowledge articles operational procedures and known error records
