Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in at least one of the following ServiceNow modules: ITOM, CSM, GRC/IRM, SPM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, SecOps, or Integrations . The candidate should have end-to-end development experience on the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, integrations, workflow automation, and module customization. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements. Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations. Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Notifications. Build Flow Designer workflows and IntegrationHub integrations. Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs. Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and code reviews. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards. Mandatory Skills 5–12 years of overall IT experience. 4+ years of relevant ServiceNow development experience. Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide APIs. Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Update Sets. Experience with REST/SOAP integrations. Knowledge of Agile and ITIL processes. Certifications also matter.
