Role: BA with Payments Location: Mississauga, ON
Job Summary Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience in Payments to manage and optimize payment systems including SWIFT ISO20022 and various payment types Job Description Work extensively with payment systems covering SWIFT ISO20022 standards and realtime payment infrastructures Handle diverse payment types such as Instant Request to Pay Domestic CrossBorder High Value Low Value and Mass Payments Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of payment platforms Analyze and troubleshoot payment processing issues to maintain high availability and reliability Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to payments to ensure compliance Participate in the design and enhancement of payment workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience Roles and Responsibilities Lead the implementation and maintenance of payment solutions adhering to SWIFT and ISO20022 protocols Monitor and optimize realtime and instant payment systems to meet business objectives Manage endtoend payment processing for domestic and crossborder transactions Coordinate with stakeholders to support high value low value and mass payment operations Provide expert guidance on payment system upgrades and new feature deployments Conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex paymentrelated issues promptly Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer related to payment systems and processes Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Payments skill cluster
