About the role
Technical CRM + AI/Copilot JD: We are seeking a Senior Technical CRM Developer with 6–12 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dataverse and strong engineering capability across customization, extension, integration. The role additionally requires experience building AI-powered copilots/agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including conversation design (topics), entity/variable handling, and integrating business systems using connectors/APIs/Power Platform tooling.
Key Responsibilities A) Dynamics 365 CRM / Dataverse Engineering (Core )
Design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM customizations (entities/tables, forms, views, security roles, business rules, workflows/BPF). Build and maintain server-side extensions (plugins/custom logic) and client-side scripting (JavaScript/web resources) using CRM SDK patterns. Develop and optimize integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems using Web APIs / REST services and Azure-based integration approaches. Own technical delivery across the lifecycle: research → design → build → test → deploy → sustain/support.
B) AI + Copilot Agent Development (Copilot Studio)
Create and enhance AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, designing conversational logic through topics, leveraging entities for structured extraction, and managing variables for context and personalization. Enable agent responses via generative AI capabilities (e.g., summarizing content / generating answers grounded in configured knowledge sources). Integrate agents with business systems and data sources using Power Platform connectors (standard/premium/custom) as agent tools/actions and within topics. Deploy agents across channels (e.g., Microsoft Teams / web / apps) based on solution needs.
