Job Title: Tableau Developer Work Location Tampa FL Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analytics and SQL and Python Developer to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis visualization and database management coupled with understanding of DevOps practices This role is responsible for designing developing and maintaining our data analytics infrastructure creating insightful reports and dashboards and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our data pipelines You will be working with a modern data stack including Tableau for visualization SQL Server for data warehousing and Big Data Python for scripting and automation

Primary Technical Skills

Experience in developing and designing modern and interactive visualizations in Tableau Hands on in complex SQL Queries and data warehouse concept and implementation

Good to have Technical Skills

Knowledge of Python based automation concepts using tableau Rest API on Open shift framework Knowledge of DevOps concepts like CICD pipeline ROD and Light Speed enterprise

Primary Responsibilities

Data Visualization Reporting Design develop and maintain interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Tableau Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations Perform data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights that can drive business decisions Database Management Development Design implement and maintain scalable and efficient data models and databases in SQL Server Write complex SQL queries stored procedures and functions to support data analysis and application requirements Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity and security

Secondary Responsibilities

Automation Scripting Develop and maintain Python scripts for data extraction transformation and loading ETL processes Automate repetitive tasks and streamline data workflows to improve efficiency and reliability Integrate various data sources and systems using Python and other scripting languages Proficient in managing python scripts on Open Shift framework DevOps Infrastructure Implement and manage CICD pipelines for our data analytics applications and infrastructure Setup and manage Release on Demand pipelines on Light Speed Enterprise Collaborate with the development and operations teams to foster a culture of DevOps and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering information systems or a related field 6 years of Handson experience with Tableau including creating complex dashboards and reports Strong proficiency in SQL and extensive experience with SQL Server including database design development and optimization Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Masters degree in a related field Familiarity with other BI tools eg SSRS Qlik Proven experience with DevOps principles and tools eg Git Jenkins Docker Kubernetes Ansible Solid programming skills in Python with experience in data manipulation libraries eg Pandas NumPy and scripting for automation Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices Experience with big data technologies eg Hadoop Spark Certification in Tableau SQL Server or DevOps
