Role Overview

The AI Business Analyst will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders AI engineering teams and enterprise platforms This role focuses on translating business problems into actionable AI and GenAI requirements supporting the design of agentic AI systems and ensuring successful integration of AI solutions within complex enterprise environments Key Responsibilities Business AI Requirements Analysis Elicit analyze and document business requirements for AI and Generative AI solutions converting them into clear functional and nonfunctional requirements GenAI Use Case Definition Identify evaluate and define highimpact GenAI and agentic AI use cases aligned to business objectives Prompt Interaction Design Collaborate with AI engineers on prompt engineering conversation flows and intelligent bot interactions to ensure business relevance and usability Agentic AI Enablement Support the design of agentic AI systems by defining workflows decision logic guardrails and success criteria for autonomous and semiautonomous agents JIRA Backlog Management Create refine and manage epics features and user stories in JIRA for AI and GenAI initiatives Stakeholder Collaboration Act as a liaison between business users product owners data scientists and engineering teams to ensure alignment and clarity AI Integration Support Work with technical teams to define data inputs API interactions and integration requirements with enterprise backend systems Validation Adoption Support user acceptance testing UAT validate AI outcomes against business expectations and drive stakeholder adoption Required Qualifications AI Analytics Background Handson experience working with AI Machine Learning or Generative AI initiatives in a business analysis or product role GenAI Understanding Practical understanding of Large Language Models LLMs prompt engineering concepts and transformerbased architectures sufficient to translate business needs into AI requirements Requirements Engineering Strong experience writing detailed business requirements functional specifications and acceptance criteria for complex systems JIRA Proficiency Proven operational experience using JIRA for requirements management backlog grooming and delivery tracking Enterprise Integration Awareness Understanding of APIs enterprise system integrations and data flows to effectively collaborate with technical teams Stakeholder Management Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage senior business and technical stakeholders Domain Knowledge Preferred Knowledge of Credit Risk lifecycle financial services or regulated environments is advantageous Success Measures Clear and actionable AI requirements that reduce rework and accelerate delivery Businessaligned GenAI and agentic AI use cases with measurable outcomes High stakeholder satisfaction and adoption of AIdriven solutions Effective collaboration between business AI and engineering teams
