Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Consultant Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Consultant to design, implement, and support transportation and logistics solutions using Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). The role involves working closely with business teams, clients, and digital leaders to improve logistics operations, optimize transportation processes, and deliver enterprise-scale OTM solutions. Key Responsibilities Implement and support Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions. Configure and manage transportation planning, logistics, and supply chain processes. Develop and customize OTM workflows, agents, and integrations. Work directly with clients to understand business needs and provide consulting support. Lead or contribute to implementation projects from design through deployment. Support testing, issue resolution, and post-production activities. Collaborate with global teams across multiple locations. Ensure high-quality project delivery, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Technical Skills Strong experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). Expertise in: OTM Configuration & Solution Design Workflow & Agent Development Logistics and Transportation Management Transportation Planning & Optimization Experience with: TL, LTL, Rail Transportation Setup Lane, Itinerary, Rate Offering & Rate Record Setup Service Provider, Contact & Location Configuration OTM Invoicing Process Master Data Setup External Planning Engine Configuration Good knowledge of: Java Oracle PL/SQL XML Ability to analyze OTM logs and troubleshoot issues. Experience with BI Reports and Macro development/enhancements. Preferred Experience Large-scale OTM implementation projects. Integration with Oracle EBS and/or SAP. Transportation Management Systems (TMS) knowledge. Client-facing consulting experience. Global IT project delivery experience. Knowledge of system implementation lifecycle including: Requirements Gathering Solution Design Development Testing Go-Live & Support Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent stakeholder and client management. Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities. Strong planning, execution, and risk mitigation capabilities. Results-oriented with the ability to work across global teams. Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field. Experience: 5–8 Years Notice- Location- Bangalore Only Ideal Candidate: An experienced OTM Consultant with strong transportation and logistics domain expertise, hands-on OTM configuration skills, and the ability to deliver large-scale Oracle Transportation Management implementations.
