Job Summary
Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 15 years of experience in ServiceNow Integration Hub to design develop and implement integration solutions Job Description Design and develop scalable integration solutions using ServiceNow Integration Hub Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical integration designs Implement and configure ServiceNow Integration Hub components to enable seamless connectivity between ServiceNow and external systems Ensure integration solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and organizational standards Monitor and optimize integration performance troubleshooting issues proactively Stay uptodate with the latest ServiceNow Integration Hub features and recommend adoption of relevant enhancements Assist in maintaining documentation related to integration architecture and processes Roles and Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements Develop and maintain integration workflows APIs and connectors Ensure data integrity and security across integrated systems Provide technical support and resolve integrationrelated incidents Collaborate with platform architects to align integration strategies with overall ServiceNow architecture Mentor junior team members on ServiceNow Integration Hub capabilities and best practices Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance integration processes and platform efficiency
